• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Retail Management/ Marketing or similar discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' work experience in a managerial capacity, preferably in the Retail / FMCG background.
• Excellent track record in Retail or working with a premium or prestige brand.
• High level of commercial acumen, able to shape and deliver commercial marketing strategies.
• Should be able to deliver multi-channel marketing plans, ensuring a top quality and consistent customer experience across all channels.
