Candidate Profile
- Develop and execute brand strategies and Marketing Initiatives
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape and market opportunities
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and social media
- Work with cross functional teams, including sales, product development and operations to execute brand strategies and initiatives
- Monitor and analyze brand performance and provide regular reports
- Manage the A & P budget and monthly reconciliations
- Assist with all new product development, projects and their launch campaigns
- Drive the marketing campaigns
- Take responsibility for sales performance
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree specialized in marketing and/or SLIM/CIM
- Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in FMCG industry
- A qualification in digital marketing would be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
