Candidate Profile

  • Develop and execute brand strategies and Marketing Initiatives
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape and market opportunities
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and social media
  • Work with cross functional teams, including sales, product development and operations to execute brand strategies and initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance and provide regular reports
  • Manage the A & P budget and monthly reconciliations
  • Assist with all new product development, projects and their launch campaigns
  • Drive the marketing campaigns
  • Take responsibility for sales performance


  • Bachelor's degree specialized in marketing and/or SLIM/CIM 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in FMCG industry
  • A qualification in digital marketing would be an added advantage 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
