Responsibilities
- Organise activities and assign responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity
- Ensure proper communication in order to improve services with the Head Office team
- Handling guests' related matters and potential complaints during their stay
- Evaluate hotel performance and ensure compliance with health & safety, and sustainability related rules
- Set and achieve sales and profit targets
- Partake in financial activities including setting budgets and assigning funds to departments
- Coordinate with external parties including suppliers and contractors
- Resolve issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies
Prerequisites
- Minimum 3 years' experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration or relevant field will be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of hotel management best practices
- Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to detail
