Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interact with product owners and stakeholders to communicate, Gather, Analyze and Document the business requirements
• Assist in managing requirements and prioritization within the Product Backlog through business value matrix, alignment with business roadmap, and available resources
• Need to create wireframes, mockups, diagrams, flowcharts and documents to elicit requirements and provide direction to the development team and other stakeholders
• Add value to product by conducting market and competitor analysis as necessary
• Manage requirements and change requests and maintain ownership
• Conduct UATs and assist in Beta testing

REQUIREMENTS

• BSc/BA in Computer Science or a related degree with at least 2 - 3 years as a Business Analyst
• Excellent communication, problem solving & customer support skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in the following will be an added advantage

1. Experience in Taxi and e-commerce
2. Experience mobile APP and product development
3. Scrum/Agile development methodologies
4. Experience in UX/UI designing
5. Knowledge on Basic programming, SQL, GIS
