- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- Knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies, techniques and tools
- Experience in data gathering and analytics
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational skills and facilitation skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
