Business Analyst Indonesia Plantations Based

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze actual performance against KPIs, identify variances together with root causes
• Assist the Plantation Director in preparing monthly progress reports and presentations to management
• Support the Plantation Director in preparing annual opex and capex budgets and related presentations
• Study Industry Developments & Market Information and benchmark against own operations and industry peers
• Design & Develop performance dashboards
• Liaise with Financial Controllers on respective Company's performances
• Monitor the implementation of EHS Policies, Procedures & SOPs

Profile:

• Fully qualified in CIMA/ICASL/ACCA or equivalent with a minimum 8 years experience preferably in a large manufacturing organization
• Excellent numerical & analytical skills including MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong Verbal & Written Communication skills
• Ability to influence staff at all levels (Staff, Peers, Superiors)
• Ability of keeping abreast of industry information
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
• Strong Team Player
• Experience in Tableau/Power BI and any other analytical software will be an added advantage
