Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and prospecting activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR Software sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and identify new business opportunities
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
