As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, buildin relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and prospecting activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes, and provide insights to the management team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR Software sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think creatively and identify new business opportunities
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
