Overall responsibility is to uplift company revenue generating a new customer base implementing own strategies to achieve set sales targets.

  • A passion in interacting with customers and creating new avenues
  • Ability to develop new proposals and search for projects
  • Designing and implementation of own sales and marketing strategies 
  • Create outstanding customer experience while sales growth
  • Ability to achieve sales targets
  • Responding potential client questions and follow-ups


  • Proven working experience of minimum Three (3) years in sales & marketing
  • Having sales experience in steel products will be a definite added advantage
  • Qualifications in sales/marketing be an definite added advantage
  • Well organized, meticulous and attentive to details
  • Team player with good communication skills in Sinhala & English
  • Outgoing personality to work independently with positive working attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure with a highly networked role
  • Possess a valid driving license is a requirement
