Over the years we have been providing on site and in house calibration services using state of the art calibration equipment and instruments. We are renowned for our high quality and reliable services which are offered at competitive prices.
In order to expand the operations of the Calibration Department, we are now looking for a qualified and experienced calibration professional to be appointed as Calibration Assistant.
Key Accountabilities
- To coordinate with clients to arrange calibration services
- To prepare, maintain and update records of all inquiries and calibration services provided To accept and issue equipment brought in for calibration services
- To send quotations, reports and invoices to clients and collect payments on time
- To prepare, update and maintain documents
- relevant to Quality Management System as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017
- To follow up and collect outstanding payments
- To regularly submit reports on key performance indicators to the management
- To carry out calibration tasks when needed
Qualifications and Experience
- GCE (A/L)
- Good Communication skills in English and Sinhala
- An outstanding proficiency in using MS Office packages - MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Ability to follow up on pending matters
- Willingness to learn calibration processes
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets
- Professional qualifications in Metrology will be a distinct advantage
