Mandatory Requirements
- Previous Call Center experience (preferably in a fast-food chain restaurant)
- Candidate should be residing in Colombo
- Ability to speak in Sinhala and English (Tamil would be an advantage)
- Experienced in handling MS Office package (Excel/Word)
- Work on shift basis from 11.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m.
- Having a personal computer would be an added advantage (for the purpose of flexible shift arrangements)
