RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering customers' questions on the products
- Manage outbound/inbound calls and engage with clients to build sustainable relations
- Responding to social media Inquires
- Effectively follow up inquiries with the help of company CRM
- Co ordinate with sales team with regards to call inquiries
- Keep updated records of company stakeholders in the stakeholder system-Masons, TO, Contractors, Engineers etc.
- Preparing and sending quotations to inquires & potential leads
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
REQUIREMENTS.
- A/L or Diploma in Any Stream
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools
