CHARTERED ARCHITECT

Required Skills and qualifications:

• Bachelors / Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent from a recognized university by the UGC and Membership in SLIA.
• Having First / Second Upper Class will be preferred.
• Capability of space optimization, design variations and develop a unique product with the design brief.
• Hands-on experience with design software and related tools. (AutoCAD,3D Max, SketchUp, Lumen and etc.)
• Strong communication and Presentation skills.
• Good proficiency in English (Written/Spoken)
• Having own Laptop / Desktop and work from home is allowed.

INTERIOR DESIGNER:

• Bachelors / Master's Degree in Interior Designs or equivalent from a recognized university by the UGC.
• Having First / Second Upper Class will be preferred.
• Capability of value addition, design variations and develop a unique product  with developed plans. Hands-on experience with design software and related tools. (AutoCAD,3D
• Max, SketchUp, Lumon and etc.)
• Strong communication and Presentation skills.
• Good proficiency in English (Written/Spoken)
• Having own Laptop / Desktop and work from home is allowed.

DRAUGHTSMAN:

• Qualified in diplomatic level in Draughtsman
• Capability of develop detailed Architectural drawings / Structural drawings /
• MEP drawings and coordination drawings.
• Develop 3D Visualizations will be added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with design software and related tools. (AutoCAD,3D Max, SketchUp, Lumen and etc.)
• Strong communication and Presentation skills.
• Good proficiency in English (Written/Spoken)
• Having own Laptop / Desktop and work from home is allowed.

Attractive salary package will be offered for employment on full time/part time basis. Salary starts from SLRs. 40,000.00 to 400,000.0 based on performances.
