Roles:
- Menu development - To work with Resident Manger to develop and offer property menu
- Preparing and serving meals and snacks to suitably high standard
- Responsible for keeping kitchen and store rooms clean and organized at all time
- Preparing weekly food shopping lists and budgets
Required
- Proven experience in a Senior Chef de Partie role with minimum of 3-year experience in kitchen operations.
- Should be an all-rounder in Hot, Cold, Pastry & bakery preparation with excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure with working proficiency of English language
Location
The role will be based at Rukgala Retreat, Digana. The candidate will be based at the property full-time.
Remuneration
A suitable salary - according to experience - plus share of the service charge will be offered.
