Location - Katugasthota Super Centre
The selected candidate will be I be responsible to,
- Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients related above mentioned cuisines.
- Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment.
- Cook food in a timely manner.
- Delegate tasks to kitchen staff and supervise the staff. Ensure appealing plate presentation.
- Monitor food stocks and place orders on time.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the capacity of Chef or Cook in a reputed hotel/ restaurant.
- Culinary school diploma preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques Leadership skills
- Excellent time management abilities
- Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations.
