Key Responsibilities:

  • Appointing Dealers, monitoring performances, and administration of distribution channels.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing & distribution systems and report monitor Key Sales KPIs.
  • Administration of sales & Distribution incentives and dealer commissions.
  • Ensure discipline is maintained across all channels.
  • Coordinate Sales performance reviews and Training & Development activities of sales staff.
  • Be prepared to visit and inspect dealer offices nationwide.
  • Review dealer staff performances and behaviors on regular basis, scheduling weekly meetings with
  • District Managers.
  • Identify key development areas for dealer staff and develop training and development activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A degree or professional qualification in Business Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior manager capacity.
  • Highly conversant with MS Office packages.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
