  • Has to be passionate about the job 2 Years experience in the field of Client Relations

  • Ability to work in a high pressure & fast moving environment
  • Willing to work Australian Time

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly, collaborating with internal teams for solutions.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships, understanding client goals and fostering loyalty.
  • Gather and relay client feedback to improve products/services and enhance customer experience
  • Manage contract renewals and explore upselling opportunities based on client requirements.
