Commercial Marketing Executive

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A COMMERCIAL/MARKETING EXECUTIVE TO MAXIMIZE UTILIZATION OF THE AIRCRAFT BASED ON THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaise with travel agents, hotels, corporates, tour operators and high net worth individuals to promote sales.
• Identify and expand sales in local/overseas markets with potential.
• Regular follow up and convert inquiries to sales.
• Create product awareness and its capability in the market and increasing the customer base.
• Maintain and manage long-term customer relationships.
• Liaise with all internal stakeholders to facilitate impeccable customer service and experience.
• Obtain customer feedback to improve services

REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive experience in sales and marketing in the travel industry. Knowledge of aviation would be an added advantage.
• Professional qualification in Sales and Marketing from a recognised institute.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to network and promote sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil. The ability to converse in any other foreign language would be an added advantage.
