South Indian Commis

We are seeking an experienced South Indian Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for South Indian cuisine and be able to prepare a variety of authentic dishes from the region. As a South Indian Cook, you will be responsible for supervising the kitchen, preparing dishes, and ensuring that all food is of the highest quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 03 years of experience as a South Indian Cook, with a deep understanding of South Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Ability to supervise a kitchen and work well under pressure.
• Hands on experience in making Indian chaats and South Indian food.
• Knowledge about Indian spice mix and its usage
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred age limit should be 21 - 45 years.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of South Indian dishes.
• Manage the kitchen and ensure that all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner.
• Develop new recipes and menu items based on customer feedback and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and ensure that all food safety standards are met.
• Order and manage inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure that they are following standard operating procedures and maintaining quality standards.
