Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and execute our webinar event calender.
- Structure, manage and maintain the community platform, drive an effective strategy to increase engagement.
- Develop a webinar strategy and identify SMEs that complement the requirements of the business
- Maintain effective coordination and transparency with internal and external stakeholders to manage the webinar calendar and the community.
- Work closely with third party technology suppliers to ensure successful delivery.
- Track, analyse, and report progress against goals, with accountability for achieving business results for growth, engagement, and new customer acquisition.
- Develop and implement guidelines and protocols for process efficiencies.
- Proactively submit initiatives to improve and optimise engagement.
Requirements
- Ability to work strategically as a proactive self-starter with independent decision making.
- Drive rapid work delivery and have a hands-on approach.
- Strong planning and organisational skills required.
- High-level attention to detail and accuracy.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication, including social content writing.
- Experience running virtual events and building communities
- Experience in devising digital/social campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Experience in B2B software marketing would be an advantage.
