  • Plan, manage and execute our webinar event calender.
  • Structure, manage and maintain the community platform, drive an effective strategy to increase engagement.
  • Develop a webinar strategy and identify SMEs that complement the requirements of the business
  • Maintain effective coordination and transparency with internal and external stakeholders to manage the webinar calendar and the community.
  • Work closely with third party technology suppliers to ensure successful delivery.
  • Track, analyse, and report progress against goals, with accountability for achieving business results for growth, engagement, and new customer acquisition.
  • Develop and implement guidelines and protocols for process efficiencies.
  • Proactively submit initiatives to improve and optimise engagement.


  • Ability to work strategically as a proactive self-starter with independent decision making.
  • Drive rapid work delivery and have a hands-on approach.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills required.
  • High-level attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, including social content writing.
  • Experience running virtual events and building communities
  • Experience in devising digital/social campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Experience in B2B software marketing would be an advantage.
