Job Profile

  • Meet and greet the walking customers.
  • Handle and manage all customer complaints.
  • Assist regulatory correspondences.
  • Assist all other operational functions.

The ideal candidates should

  • Age between 30-40 years.
  • Possess good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in all three languages.
  • Experience in complaints handling and/or audits.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office applications.
  • The ability to work independently with minimum supervision and be a team player.
