THE PROFILE

• Monitoring compliance with CBSL Directions and Guidelines and develop required policies to ensure compliance.
• Periodical review of AML/ CFT framework.
• Liaising with the regulator in an efficient manner.
• Provide comprehensive Management Reporting on regulatory and financial crime compliance.
• Advice the Board on new CBSL Directions and Regulations and setting up action plans to comply with.
• Communication of compliance related policies and procedures to staff in a timely manner.
• Conduct Training and Awareness Sessions to staff.
• Follow up on regulatory reporting deadlines and Time Bound Action Plan post Statutory Examination.

THE PERSON

• A Degree in Management / Finance / Law or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in similar capacity, out of which 5 years in a Senior Managerial capacity in a Finance or Banking sector.
• Sound knowledge on Regulatory Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering and Corporate Governance.
