Due to the expansion of the operations, we are seeking qualified, young, dynamic, and self-motivated individuals for this position.

Senior Manager - Mining & Production (Quarry, Crusher, Ready-mix & Asphalt Batching plants)

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in the Quarry, Crusher, Ready-mix & Asphalt Batching plants or Construction Related industry.
• Degree or Equivalent in engineering or similar field.
• Outstanding communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Excellent General Management, Team management capabilities, persuasion and negotiation skills, Detail oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem- solving abilities, Report writing skills.
• Preferably age between 35 to 50 years.

MINING ENGINEER

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Knowledge of Ready-mix, Asphalt mix designs familiar with relevant BS codes & standards are considered as an added qualification.
• Having a general Electrical & Mechanical knowledge would be an added advantage.
• Should have excellent managerial skills & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• · Age below 40 Years.

MATERIAL TECHNICIAN (Ready Mix Concrete & Asphalt)

Requirements

• NCT (Civil) or Equivalent Qualification or apprenticeship in with experience in testing and evaluation of cement-based materials characterization and testing.
• Minimum 5 years of Similar Experience in Building Construction or Ready Mix Concrete plant or Precast plant and Asphalts mix designs.
• Good communication skills.
• General knowledge of concrete mixes, its components, additives, and raw materials preferred.
• Experience with testing methods of chemicals in cementitious systems (Mortar Rheology, Calorimetry, Concrete testing) is required.
• Ability to independently with minimum supervision.
• Age Preferably below 45 Years.

MARKETING OFFICER (Ready Mix Concrete & Pre Cast Products)

Requirements

• NCT (Civil) or Equivalent Qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of Similar Experience in Building Construction or Ready Mix Concrete plant or Precast plant.
• Ability to independently with minimum supervision.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales in the construction industry. will be an added advantage.
• Age Preferably below 45 Years.
• Good communication skills.
