  • Previous experience in working at call center for more than 05 years with minimum 02 years in a similar role.
  • Possess experience in Hospitality Industry would be an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English & Sinhala
  • Thorough IT Knowledge is a MUST
  • Capable in training Contact Center staff & work in Call Center system. • Very good team player with positive attitude.
  • Strong customer service oriented and go getter to achieve target with the full operational team
