CONTACT CENTER MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER
- Previous experience in working at call center for more than 05 years with minimum 02 years in a similar role.
- Possess experience in Hospitality Industry would be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in English & Sinhala
- Thorough IT Knowledge is a MUST
- Capable in training Contact Center staff & work in Call Center system. • Very good team player with positive attitude.
- Strong customer service oriented and go getter to achieve target with the full operational team
