Job Profile

  • Coordinate and manage the Director's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for review by the Director.
  • Manage communication flow, prioritize emails, and respond on behalf of the Director when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of projects and initiatives.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Personal Profile 

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
