- Achievement of monthly/annual sales targets whilst supporting the team to achieve the channel targets
- Create a pipeline of potential customers and monitor on a monthly/annual basis with the objective of converting them into sales
- Create strategies to expand into different market segments
- Build and maintaining relationships with corporate clients
- Premium collection to be done within the standard credit period
- A proven track record in marketing financial sector products with experience of 2 - 3 years.
- Experience in handling corporate clients
- Sound educational profile (candidates with sales & marketing qualifications preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
