Corporative Trainers / Business Administrative

The responsibilities of the Corporate Trainer include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing training modules in accordance with policy, procedure and best practice in IT, Business Administrative, Marketing Management & HR & Front Desk Administration
  • Delivering new clients induction, emerging leaders program and future training pathways
  • Minimum 02 years' experience in Academic Industry
  • Identifying training gaps across the organization and propose opportunities for improvement
  • Development of new training pathways, including emerging leaders program
  • Ensuring that employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
  • A trainer who is passionate, interactive and a clear communicator, delivering online and face to face training
  • Experienced in developing training modules in accordance with best practice
  • Previous experience in the training would be highly desirable
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills with good presentation skills
