The responsibilities of the Corporate Trainer include, but are not limited to:
- Developing training modules in accordance with policy, procedure and best practice in IT, Business Administrative, Marketing Management & HR & Front Desk Administration
- Delivering new clients induction, emerging leaders program and future training pathways
- Minimum 02 years' experience in Academic Industry
- Identifying training gaps across the organization and propose opportunities for improvement
- Development of new training pathways, including emerging leaders program
- Ensuring that employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
- A trainer who is passionate, interactive and a clear communicator, delivering online and face to face training
- Experienced in developing training modules in accordance with best practice
- Previous experience in the training would be highly desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills with good presentation skills
