Credit Card Sales Team Leader

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of sales staff.
  Providing regular feedback to each member of the sales team regarding their
  performance.
• Coaching team members on effective sales techniques and methods for increasing revenue.
• Increase credit card customers.
• Engage and educate customers on card usage.
• Responsible for daily/monthly sales targets.

Candidate Profile:

• Should have at least 2 years' experience in the relevant field.
• Passed G.C.E. O/L and A/L.
• Flare for Marketing and Business Promotion.
• Must be a good team player.
• Preferably age below 40.
