MegaPay(Private) Limited has incorporated under the Government of Sri Lanka as a company that providing system for bill payment solutions such as mobile networks, utility, Insurance, leasing, donations and etc. We are a leading provider of innovative payment processing and technology solutions company and looking for candidates to following position:


  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media


  • Previous experience in a Customer support role would be an added advantage
  • Possesses leadership role
  • Willing to work on an Evening/Night roster.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Process excellent communication skills in English/Sinhala/ Tamil.
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Should be between 20-30 (Male).
  • Good Educational Background, minimum GCE O/L qualified (A/L Qualification would be added advantage)
  • Having part or fully qualification in MS Office
  • He must live within 25km proximity in Colombo city
