We are seeking Young energetic & qualified Individual for the below mentioned positions for our factory located In Matugama.
Customer Care Executive
Responsibilities:
- Will responsible to maintain the particular customers cluster which will be given to you.
- Will responsible to collect customers' purchasing orders in correct time by coordinating with supplier chain department of client.
- Will responsible to make coordination with production department until delivering of goods to customer.
- Will responsible to arrange price quotation with coordinating with finance department when customer is requesting.
- Responsible to make monthly sales forecast by getting of marketing managers involvement.
- Responsible to discuss with Marketing Managers on customers' purchasing trends when it needed.
- Will responsible to maintain documents related to the marketing process.
Required qualification & experience:
- Should be qualified with Diploma/Certificate or equivalent relevant professional qualification.
- Minimum 5 years' working experiences on handling of above mentioned responsibilities.
- Sound knowledge in MS Word & in Excel
- Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication in English.
- Age in below 35 years.
- Salary will be depending on experiences and qualifications.
Sales Coordinator
Required qualification & experience
- Should pass G.C.E (A/L)
- Minimum 2 years' experience working as Sales Coordinator/Customer Care Officer
- Ability to coordinate sales activities and maintain good relationship with customers
- Ability to maintain good relationship with marketing team and production team.
- Sound knowledge in MS Word & in Excel
- Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good oral and written communication in English.
- Age in below 35 years.
- Preferences would be given to those who are close proximity to Matugama.
- Salary will be depending on experiences and qualifications.
