CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER

Requirements:

• G.C.E A/L and part qualification in business administration, marketing or relevant field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar capacity is advantage.
• Business or marketing qualification related to field (SLIM/CIM) is must.
• An excellent command of communication in both Sinhala and English languages.
• Excellent public relations and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team, while working with cross functional teams.
• Sound knowledge of computer literacy.
