THE ROLE

  • Customer Engagement.
  • Customer Complaint Management.
  • Conduct monthly promotion checklist.
  • Conducting customer research.
  • Operational management of Softlogic ONE Loyalty process at outlet level.
  • Business Development.
  • Promotional/Marketing Material Management and Audit.

REQUIREMENT

  • 1-2 year/s experience in Customer Service driven role.
  • Experience in FMCG retail sector will have a distinctive advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills in English & Sinhalese.
  • Customer & Consumer centric mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle strict deadlines.
  • Ability to take quick decisions based on situations and executing during set timelines.
