Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated person to Sporting Star for the above post to handle the customer queries in our online platforms of Betting and Sporting.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage all customer inquiries through all possible channels to ensure positive interaction between customer and the organization
  • Analyze all customer inquiries to find ways to minimize complaints and increase customer satisfaction by ensuring quality service
  • Analyze customer behavior and transactions to improve customer loyalty towards the organization
  • Plan and Execute campaigns to introduce products and promotions to existing customers
  • Plan and Execute campaigns to get inactive customers to use respective platforms again
  • Propose marketing and product development initiatives as required.
  • Work with relevant teams to develop in-depth understanding of the industry,
  • product knowledge and customer behavior.
  • Initiate programs to develop service standards throughout all platforms (Mistry shoppers/ Trainings and etc.)
  • Implement sustainable strategies to attract new customers & retain customers
  • Manage and Develop CRM team to provide undivided attention to customers.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in the field of Customer Service and 5-years in Assistant Manager Level.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent Communication Skills / Problem Solving Skills & Analytical Skills.
  • Ability to understand technical issues & identify solutions.
  • A team player with leadership skills.
  • Maintain positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Age between 30 - 45 years.
