We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated person to Sporting Star for the above post to handle the customer queries in our online platforms of Betting and Sporting.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all customer inquiries through all possible channels to ensure positive interaction between customer and the organization
- Analyze all customer inquiries to find ways to minimize complaints and increase customer satisfaction by ensuring quality service
- Analyze customer behavior and transactions to improve customer loyalty towards the organization
- Plan and Execute campaigns to introduce products and promotions to existing customers
- Plan and Execute campaigns to get inactive customers to use respective platforms again
- Propose marketing and product development initiatives as required.
- Work with relevant teams to develop in-depth understanding of the industry,
- product knowledge and customer behavior.
- Initiate programs to develop service standards throughout all platforms (Mistry shoppers/ Trainings and etc.)
- Implement sustainable strategies to attract new customers & retain customers
- Manage and Develop CRM team to provide undivided attention to customers.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in the field of Customer Service and 5-years in Assistant Manager Level.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent Communication Skills / Problem Solving Skills & Analytical Skills.
- Ability to understand technical issues & identify solutions.
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Maintain positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
- Age between 30 - 45 years.
