RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Perform and assist with a variety of administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Answer phones in a professional manner and route calls as necessary.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
  • Sort and distribute emails, ensuring timely responses when necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Below the age of 27
  • Any professional qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Sinhala & English.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be smart, presentable, and energetic.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Proficient in three languages (English, Sinhala, and Tamil)
