JOB PROFILE:
- Monitoring critical failures through the CRM System and coordinating with relevant vendor/stakeholders in order to provide immediate actions/ solutions.
- Handling multiple customers in a productive and effective manner.
- Maintain the quality standards of communication and best practices always.
- Comprehensive ability to identify the customer needs to fulfill the satisfaction.
- Attend to other tasks/ duties which are assigned by the HOD/ Managers.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Should have a Diploma or a HND in IT from a recognized University/ Institute.
- Should have minimum 02 year's working experience in the similar capacity, preferably in an IT Firm. · Should below 30 years of age.
- Should possess a good command of English and Sinhala communication skills.·
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, and a process improvement mindset.
- Should be a person with interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.
- Should be a self-starter who can work with minimum supervision and ability to work in a flexy working environment, and Can-Do attitude.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- The Applicant should be a good team player and be able to work under pressure.
- Should be able to work in any other IT related function to support the Team.
- Excellent interpersonal and Customer care skills. Collaborative mindset.
