Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input data into computer systems from various sources, including paper documents, electronic files, and other data repositories.
  • Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and reviewing discrepancies.
  • Update and maintain databases with the most recent information, ensuring data consistency and completeness.
  • Perform regular data quality checks to Identify and resolve errors or inconsistencies.
  • Follow established data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Collaborate with team members to address data-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Manage and organize electronic and physical files to facilitate easy retrieval and reference.
  • Assist In the preparation and generation of routine reports based on entered data.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data in accordance with company policies.
  • Respond to data Inquiries and provide support to team members as needed.


  • High school diploma or equivalent: additional education or certification in data entry is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in data entry software, databases, and MS Office applications (especially Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with data entry best practices and confidentiality standards.
