- Accurately input data into computer systems from various sources, including paper documents, electronic files, and other data repositories.
- Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and reviewing discrepancies.
- Update and maintain databases with the most recent information, ensuring data consistency and completeness.
- Perform regular data quality checks to Identify and resolve errors or inconsistencies.
- Follow established data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity and security.
- Collaborate with team members to address data-related issues and discrepancies.
- Manage and organize electronic and physical files to facilitate easy retrieval and reference.
- Assist In the preparation and generation of routine reports based on entered data.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data in accordance with company policies.
- Respond to data Inquiries and provide support to team members as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent: additional education or certification in data entry is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
- Proficient in data entry software, databases, and MS Office applications (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with data entry best practices and confidentiality standards.
