Database Engineer

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 2 Years of Professional Experience.
• BSc. Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Equivalent.
• Experience on MS SQL server and strong knowledge on PL/SQL.
• Be Flexible to Work in Different Time Zones.
• Familiarity with Database Design, Documentation and Coding.
• Knowledge of ORACLE or MYSQL Database Would be an added Advantage. 
• Long Term Commitment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Configure and Maintain Database Servers and Processes.
• Report Generation and Providing Specific Custom Reports.
• Monitor System's Health and Performance.
• Assist Developers with Query Tuning and Schema Refinement.
• Provide 24x7 Support for Critical Production System Issues.
• Experience with Backups, Restores and Recovery Models.
• Experience of High Availability and Disaster Recovery for MS SQL server.
