DEMAND PLANER 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Applied Sciences or relevant professional qualification.
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Demand Planner
  • Proven work experience as a Demand Planner or a similar role
  • Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
  • Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
  • Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-driven, result oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality business ethics.
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Age below 35 years.
  • "Go the extra mile" to drive the sales.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management
  • Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies
  • Conduct forecasting meetings and monitor daily basis.
  • Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Developing effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns
  • Supporting management with risk assessments and mitigation activities
  • Proposing and implementing solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy

COMPANY SALES REPRESENTATIVES- (Island Wide)

Requirements

  • Successful completion of G.C.E. Advance Level
  • Professional qualification in Sales, Marketing Management will be an added advantage
  • 1-2 Years of proven experience as Sales Representative/Business Development officer
  • School leavers with a flair to sales are also encouraged to apply
  • To be target oriented and ability to think out of the box
  • Strong communications skills with excellent relationship management skills
  • Basic IT skills are a must. (Email, Internet, MS-Office, Sales Force Automation Systems (SFA) etc.)
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willing to work any part of the country
  • Age between 20-35 years

Responsibilities

  • Expand the customer based of the company while achieving sales targets of the company.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationship with customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service & ensure to minimize customer complaints.
  • Maintaining clients records and update management about new market opportunities.
  • Preparing reports related to sales.
  • Visual Merchandising for the brand.
  • "Go the extra mile" to drive the sales.
