Digital Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Organizing and maintain ongoing company digital presence including company profile and increasing company awareness through social media and e-commerce platform (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Design, manage and execute promotional campaigns and advertisements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create content.
• Be able to manage a customer database and ensure good customer service by addressing and delivering timely resolution.
• Develop marketing plans to target key customers.
• Engage in customer/field visits to market and promote products effectively.

Skills

• Good communication skills in English
• Excellent PR skills with ability to influence and convince potential clients.
• Negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work as a team

Qualifications/Experience

• One year experience in a relevant field
• Knowledge of sales & marketing will be an advantageous
• Good knowledge in digital marketing best practices
