The Job Role

• Developing Concepts and designs for print and digital materials 
• Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadlines.
• Managing social media for the company to accomplish outstanding results.
• Handling all digital communication initiatives to support marketing campaigns.
• Working with influencers to organize marketing initiatives and promote brand
• Writing excellent copy and content (Sinhala and English)
• Maintaining an editorial calendar to streamline content and plan specific timely marketing campaigns.
• Handling E-commerce platform partners with responsibility in participating for campaigns and listing Mobil products in potential new platforms. 
• Providing performance reports with analytics and insights
• Provide creative and digital communication support for all activations done by the marketing team.
• Handling digital sales platforms and managing campaign requirements

The perfect Candidate will process.

• Excellent Command of Sinhala and English Language
• Proficiency in using graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media formats. 
• Innovativeness, initiative, and creativity
• An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately.
• Portfolio to showcase design and copy content.
• Solid understanding of the use of social media platforms
• Organizational Skills, with the capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills and multitasking skills
• At least 2 years' experience in similar capacity
• Understanding of social media and digital communication KPIs-awareness, reach, engagement, traffic, etc.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure to achieve given tasks.
• Having work experience in reputed advertising agency would be an added advantage.
