Responsibilities
- Identify internal and external Learning and Development needs from business units and other departments.
- Consult with subject matter experts to create interactive courses and drive the course road map
- Produce elearning content including video, graphic and written content while applying instructional design principles
- Develop eLearning courses and/or leaming modules using course management software, web authoring tools, and eLearning technologies to meet strict timelines.
- Builds and maintain assessment and evaluation Instruments.
- Amend and revise courses as necessary, in order to adapt to changes in the training content
- Maintain training data in Learning Management System and other systems.
- Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.
- Perform any other duties or tasks as needed by the Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
- At least 1 year of experience in Learning and Development or eLearning Content Development.
- Strong abilities in written and spoken English.
- Graphic design experience with experience in audio/narration editing
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Have a positive attitude, be proactive and highly responsible.
- Familiarity with a Sass background would be an added advantage.
