Electrical Engineer

The Person 

• BSc Degree /Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Building Service 
• More than 05 years' experience in Building Maintenance is a must. Including, a must. Including,

1. Electrical Maintenance (Electrical Distribution System, BMS system, lightning & earthing system)
2. Air Conditioning Systems
3. Fire Detection and Protection Systems - ELV Systems
4. Building Management System
5. Plumbing & drainage, pumps & motors

• Knowledge in Civil Engineering will be an added advantage.
• Fluency in English, both oral & written is a must
• Proficiency in MS Office Packages and Auto CAD
• Age below 55 years
• The candidate should be a team player with a "Can do attitude" who is capable of working long hours under pressure and travelling as and when required.
