Key responsibilities and attributes:
- Good understanding in TCP IP
- Solid knowledge on Wlan
- Proven knowledge on windows server
- Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
- Investigating faults in the network
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools ( Hands on in Kaspersky security server / firewalls will be an added advantage)
