EVENT COORDINATOR
LOCATION : VIP BUILDING COMPLEX IN COLOMBO 2
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 to 3 years of Work Experience in a similar role
- An engaging personality with a customer service attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- To oversee and organize events that will make an impact to the residents.
- Ensure events are successful and cost-effective, paying attention to budget and time constraints.
- Understands marketing and promotion techniques.
- Enthusiastic candidates with fresh ideas and the organizational skills required
- Tech Savvy, Comfortable in using emails, computers Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
JOB DETAILS:
- Working hours 8.30 to 5.30 Including time of the events/activities until clear up is complete
