Executive

Responsibilities

• Overall daily operations of the factory.
• Plan the daily activity and ensure the production lines are operating at optimal capacity with adequate resources and materials.
• Monitor and report on the inventory and warehouse utilization.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of inventory, aging, and movement.
• Comply with all Health and Safety Regulations and factory maintenance standards.
• Ensure all existing and new processes within the factory comply with Quality
• Management System (QMS) standards and are constantly reviewed and improved.
• Liaise with the warehouse operator and the Import & Sales divisions, to schedule and record all incoming inventory and outgoing deliveries in a timely manner. Resolve and report all exceptions and issues to management.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive MIS to Management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in factory/ warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office package, with a high level of competency in Excel.
• Good analytical, presentation and communication skills in English & Sinhala.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Stores Management would be an added advantage.
