Executive Admin - Transport & Administration

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative support to the the transportation and administration departments
  • Manage and maintain departmental records and databases
  • Assist in the coordination of transportation activities, including scheduling and tracking of routes
  • Prepare reports as requested by the Management
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, transportation or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
