DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative support to the the transportation and administration departments
- Manage and maintain departmental records and databases
- Assist in the coordination of transportation activities, including scheduling and tracking of routes
- Prepare reports as requested by the Management
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, transportation or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
