KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and drive Agency teams to achieve assigned targets
• Maintain the flow rates, delinquency, NPCF ratios on assigned delinquent portfolios
• Contribute to the bottom-line by ensuring; Provision write bank, IIS reversal, Reduction credit losses & Employing optimal recovery methods to reduce cost of recovery through effective and efficient strategy formulation and implementation towards successful recovery of Non-Performing Advances
• Handle recruitment for Agency hiring
• Manage the Outsource Agencies and assist them to manage their portfolios
• Communicate with customers and arrange amicable settlements of debt
• Agency Performance Tracking
• Assist in designing, implementing & managing strategies towards reducing NPCF portfolio of the Bank
• Assist in formulating workouts /restructurings /reschedule of overdue & past due facilities to prevent credit losses to the Bank

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Recoveries with at least one year as a Junior Executive or Senior Banking Assistant with the exposure to Collections & Recovery
• Full / Part qualification in Banking or a Degree from a reputed University
• Previous experience in managing Agency teams will be an advantage
• Ability to converse in all three languages will be an added advantage
• Competencies in MS Office packages
• Good MIS and analytical skills
