- Strong communication, presentation and persuasive skills
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Compile and analyze data to identify trends.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and events on the company's behalf.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- Support in writing new business proposals.
- Management and use of social media channels/marketing tools for recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Be an excellent team player with sound PR & communication sills in both English and Sinhala.
- Minimum two years of experience in Business Development or a similar role.
- Ability to work under dynamically changing environment.
