Executive Business Development Analyst

Senok represents authorized agents for the world's leading heavy machinery brands such as Kobelco, JCB, Sakai and many other earth moving, road constructing & lift equipment machineries and also commercial vehicles. Senok also provides after sales services from its centers located island wide.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director with day to day operations.
• Build and maintain relationship with new/existing clients, partners, Vendors.
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information and support procurement management.
• Crafting business proposals. contracts and other documents.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants/department etc.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance test.

Experience

• 1+ years experience in project coordination/business analyst/development or similar role.
• Completed or following a degree/qualification in finance/analytics etc.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Ability to speak Sinhala, Tamil & English fluently.
