Requirements
- Dynamic personalities with minimum of 10 years experience in similar capacity at a star class hotel (4 star and above)
- Graduate of the SLITHM or with equivalent qualifications will be an added advantage
- Knowledge and practices of maintaining HACCP & ISO standards
- Age between 40 to 55 years
