JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Handle student registrations/withdrawals with external entities such as universities and degree awarding bodies.
- Claim and dispatch certificates to the branches.
- Attend to student's complaints and provide necessary solutions.
- Collect the feedbacks from students and carry out CRM analytics which facilitate on making better business decisions.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management / administration or from a relevant filed.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in customer relation.
- Excellent telephone, communication interpersonal skills.
- A team player with leadership and good problem solving skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
