JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Handle student registrations/withdrawals with external entities such as universities and degree awarding bodies.
  • Claim and dispatch certificates to the branches.
  • Attend to student's complaints and provide necessary solutions.
  • Collect the feedbacks from students and carry out CRM analytics which facilitate on making better business decisions.

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management / administration or from a relevant filed.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in customer relation.
  • Excellent telephone, communication interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with leadership and good problem solving skills.
  • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
